Against all expectations, I’m not just a Star Trek fan. I am in fact a 29-year-old Quebec millennial on the path to financial independence. In this province populated by people who believe they are destined to get the short end of the stick, for whom the ability to save comes down to being greedy like Scrooge McDuck, it is sometimes difficult to stay the course. This blog will allow me to document my journey, while forcing me to be accountable (even if it’s only to myself). If my story proves interesting enough, perhaps I will have the privilege of interacting with some like-minded people out there.
